Moss retains the right to request, obtain, collect and retain all necessary information required to perform its contracted services with PBI clients. Moss agrees to keep this information confidential and protected from inquiries, investigations, settlements and other requests for access except when required by court order or other applicable laws.
Moss retains the right to review any and all correspondence received by post, electronic post, facsimile or other methods at any Moss location or via any Moss equipment.
Moss must give written permission to have any Moss-generated communications, data, information or other documents disbursed to any third party, which does not include the client.
Moss requires payment in full by money transfer or wire prior to commencing with services. Moss agrees to give full disclosure and written list of fees. Fees will include those to Moss for services rendered, plus fees paid for duties, processing, initial deposits and other required monies in the establishment and administration of accounts, companies and other entities as specified by client.
Moss requires 30 days notice if client wishes to cease relationship. Termination fees paid to Moss may apply.
Moss retains the right to cease a client relationship at anytime and if the client is found guilty of illegal activity or who has been otherwise proven to be involved in illegal, fraudulent or otherwise dishonest behaviour. Moss retains the right to seek lawful assistance.
All sales are final. No refunds are given, when providing services it is not possible to always guarantee a license, Bank account or a incorporation can be granted due to local laws and no refunds are given. Abandoned client accounts will not be refunded. A client account is considered abandoned if no communication regarding the account has been received by Moss within 30 days unless there has been prior written notification.
Moss directors, registered agents, secretaries, trustees, officers, and other administrators (“officers”) at no time may engage in illegal activity or any other unacceptable behaviour on behalf of Moss clients. This includes but is not limited to drug trafficking, human trafficking and the trafficking of human parts and/or organs, money laundering, arms trading, illegal or hazardous materials trading, financial transactions directly linked to terrorist organizations, and others.
Moss officers will conduct themselves in a proper and respectful manor with regards to all communication, transactions, record-keeping, and all other activity warranted by the position for which he or she has been contracted on behalf of the client.
Moss retains final approval rights on any use of Moss registered addresses worldwide. Moss will give as much notice as is feasible if and/or when an Moss registered address changes.
Client agrees to seek professional legal advice and counsel before engaging in any financial activity with Moss. Client agrees to terms in full. Client indemnifies all Moss management, staff, officers and administrators. Client agrees to notify Moss of beneficial ownership changes in any and all entities with which Moss is involved. Client agrees to keep personal information updated with Moss. Client agrees to put all instructions regarding Moss business in writing (fax, email, hard documents). Client acknowledges the role of Moss in upholding international, federal, state, region and local laws.
